Cancelations must be requested in writing to receive a voucher for the 2013 Elite Soccer Academy or a refund. Cancelation requests due to illness or injury must be accompanied by a doctor’s note. All refunds will be less a $100 administrative fee. Players who cancel within two weeks prior to camp will only be eligible for a voucher, not a refund. Vouchers for 2013 will be honored in 2014, although you will have to pay the difference between the voucher value and the 2014 session price. Camp registrations are non-transferable to other camps here at Virginia Tech.
All campers staying on campus must have a $50 key deposit at check-in (checks payable to ESA) in order to get their dorm keys. The check will be returned at check-out when the key is returned. This is required because the VT Housing Dept. charges a $50 fee for lost keys. Payment for the deposit is cash or check only.
TEAM DISCOUNT
In order to qualify for the team discount, one individual team contact (preferably the coach or team manager) should contact us by email through the Contact Us link to let us know that there is a group of players that wish to register and be housed together. After corresponding with the team contact, we will add a specific field to the registration page allowing team members to identify themselves as part of the team when they register. This team contact will also provide a group rooming list to ensure that all team members will share the same living space in the dorms.
$25 Discount: 10-14 team members registering as a group recieve a $25 discount per person.
$50 Discount: 15 or more players registering as a group receive a $50 discount per person.
